You may think that there are a thousand different things being done in recovery, really there's just a thousand different ways of saying a few simple things.
I'm realizing the power of or what is the real life experience of “ catastrophizing/future tripping/ overthinking and even that of becoming the invisible cheetah that I'm running from;” as this can be the Breaking points or that of what is being able to see how far we have come in developing our new character/ how strong our foundation has become?
in each of these moments we get to see yes is it our Breaking Point, for every moment we have it can be as such this is true but in truth it always is that of am I just overwhelmed right now which brings for the halt acronym and if so I get to Q-tip upon itself another acronym; yet simply to say upon itself, that it comes down to reflecting on where I'm at: be that before/ during/ and after( 10 step inventory).
So
Catastrophizing / future tripping / overthinking
For maybe these are all the same things, just in a different time frame or interaction/ reflection of level; to what is the moment of my addiction(
pain I have yet learned to love from/
moments where I'm shooting the messenger and
not focusing on the message/ reactive states of my stinking thinking)
It's also brings forth the concept of slogans
thoughts are like parachutes they are where they land
we're all not there because we're here
and even that of becoming the invisible cheetah that I'm running from
the reason why I like this analogy or metaphor as, is because we forget if we're not in immediate Danger we're freaking out; that simply being said we always think we're an immediate Danger.
but when we look at the bigger picture by playing the whole tape out, we can see that if we still have
a bed
Food
and even that of you know the base level of survival covered
then we are all good to go
and yet simply to say when this takes effect we forget that this is just for the moment and it's temp
we almost go into a moment of forgetfulness what would be as life of our making
And we become unrealistic and trying to control Too Much from the self-seeking attributes of our reactive States of being.
) Which may be fueled by our alcoholism( I hope this body stayed in mind); for when that happens we are acting like we cut all our limbs off when really we're just making mountains out of molehills.

Being real: Being able to start being real is as real as it gets, I open the doors to the pains of my past or walk Through the door of my future; For that is the power of me as it simply says: “I don’t Shut the door:” for maybe that is what god is for?

Why: welcoming home yourself
