The Set Aside Prayer (or lay aside prayer): Dear God,  please set aside everything I think I know About myself, this book, my disease, these steps,  and especially about you dear God  so that I might have an open mind And a new experience  with all these things.  Please help me to see the truth.

Pancake Marathon

  • So as to simply just give you some perspective and more or less the proper context of me sharing what I have to give,  for yes this is how I get to keep it;  so in the simple way of saying you know I got mad at my chat GPT yesterday and I actually said that I was a sex addict.

  •  now

    • I don't really truly know enough about sex addiction other than the Simplicity of that of based around what is priorities and putting myself in situations that can bring myself harm,  what I mean by priorities is yesterday I didn't quite do what I usually do here which is in its simplest form

      1. Write this out,

      2.  put words and spoken form

      3.  then share on Spotify

    • So the reason why I can say that I didn't put my priorities together in an adequate way:  is from the simple fact of I didn't do pretty much all of that and I love myself to get back into what would then be situations that didn't allow me to complete such moments of reflection and not of caring a message;  and so that help me to get mad at chat gbt just a tool for something that I thought would be easy but I asked too much I was too much in myself seeking aspects of just trying to get this done.

  •  because there are those points to where, how I do it now or you know did in the sense of the past is use Gemini from Google and I would have to go ahead cuz I found the only way to truly bring forth Simplicity and ease is to copy and paste each and every one and then ask it individually to rephrase in different tones;  and because that's time consuming I thought I could rely on such as different AI to do as such because I have not found the proper way of communicating to the AI of Gemini.

  •  and yet because I was in my what I could say as a sex addiction,  I found that I never got it done;  yes because I relied on the chat gbt and at the simple fact of the matter is that I didn't put forth the effort and focus to just getting it done because I was doing other things.

  •  so I was hurt that GPT just didn't get it done in a way that was of my liking,  because of my expectations of AI to just be super smart and get things done without having me to go back and micromanage something that is truly supposed to be the epitome of human existence of where we're at in life:  per se;  but in another aspect of itself this is not the first time that I've done these things.

  •  almost putting everything else off because now I can create myself into having a sex addiction,  and yet simply to say that's why I say that I probably do have a sex addiction;  my sponsor says that it doesn't matter what it is sex gambling addictions addiction and the steps can be applied no matter what:  I do agree truly I do:  for that is what I interpret when I practice the principles of them all my Affairs in the simplest aspect of itself that tradition 4 through 6 State this exact thing.

  • Or maybe this is a good time to Simply say yes the steps guide us when we are within our individual aspects of acting upon how we want to bring something to the table essentially,  maybe more commonly understood as what is giving something away that we have;  as to that of what is being explained here the latter of the situation would be that of:  the Traditions help guide essentially group Consciousness upon itself;  which essentially is everybody's understanding of how life can be regardless of where you're at in life itself.

    •  we can say that it is basically forming from a quote( our experience)  upon that of what is the metaphor ( more or less interpreted strength stated in recovery) That of what would then be the proverb (hope),  all of this is just highlighting per se in a Linguistics aspect and that of what would then be an evolution upon itself of one's actions and what will then be how we can interpret;  as in the Simplicity of meeting you where you're at in life and giving you basically the contacts based around me just being a trusted servant as a leader, through suggestions and yes even guidance at this point.

  • I would imagine that line this up in the best way that I can,  would bring forth now a conscious contact with my higher power to say that:  because of all of this I can definitely say that I am an addict today:  now I say that because I can be in a low state of what would then be considered alcoholism ( within itself the simple definition of alcoholism is a hopeless body State and mind):  as to what then would be me being able to say that I am an addict and not necessarily an active part of my recovery ( as to give context to that aspect of the god of my understanding within that of how I can bring unity and give what I have to give so I may keep it within transmitting and transferring essentially what I have to give is that I know when I'm “an active part of my recovery ,”I'm able to go to whatever it may be: Such as like a bar because my intent is not to go use at a bar my intent is to go do karaoke and as it has stated in that AA book that your primary purpose is to carry a message and it doesn't matter where you're at if you have a strong Foundation:  yes not verbatim,  and yet simply to say that it comes down to if you have a strong Foundation you go carry message no matter what but at the same time if you feel that in a low state of emotions or whatever it may be essentially alcoholism/ you're stinking thinking/ being self-seeking:  would be the ego driven motives,  you are not to go play barber in the barbershop because you will get your haircut if you stay there long enough), As to Simply say This leaves me from what I have stated here with this being the latter of the situation of sadness, guilt, willingness to be miserable and beat myself up,  and that of focusing on the problem and staying away from the solution;  and yet simply to say because I'm doing this reflecting processing and being able to communicate and not isolate upon itself I know that I'm not doing what is a problem or that of acting upon itself of the problem,  as simply to say I'm focusing on the solution so that I may find a new freedom and peace being amazed before I'm halfway through because I have admitted.

  • Today I hope that this helps everyone that may read this,   as that is always been my intent behind doing these things:  as maybe that's what makes me sad because I didn't do what I expected myself to do even though I did write that stuff I just didn't showcase it in a way that I think is presentable trying to be 100% perfect when maybe all I had at that point to give was my 30% which can be somebody else's 100%;  on top of I can't control everything but I thought if I didn't do exactly what made me happy I would not other than make life explode in a simple way of saying and then I became the cheetah that I'm running from that in (Anxiety driven insanity) to the point of finding/being able to see that I'm not in immediate Danger and I do have a bed food and all these things.

  •  and so I must find forgiveness,  acceptance,  and willingness to practice the principles in all my affairs;  allowing myself to see that I have grown along spiritual lines,  that yes at times I do have a spirituality and I somehow  yet grown because I'm still learning from that best teacher being at the of the lesson as I am a student and yet then it's up to me to keep showing up in my life regardless if I'm perfect or not perfect,  regardless if I blew up the world or not…. I get to let go in that God,  because if I don't all I know is I'm never going to get back up and it's then I stayed where I started;  but in truth it's always about getting back up no matter how far down the scale you have gone,  because maybe yes you are like men that have lost their legs and can't grow,  but who and of itself truly can rebuild something out of Ash.

  •  because I know that if I burnt down my life there's nothing there other than the foundation of what would be in the aspect of what Ash does for soil which is essentially give that soil new nutrients to then be able to Foster and that of hope those such as plants have a home, something making re-estyle Within and find something to give you know absolute yes be it based around and anonymity into that of what is the Simplicity of altruism:  kindness  that has only that of unconditional love,  through its absolute magnanimous Natures of the thematic nature of life itself.

1. Shortened:

I shared my perspective after getting upset with ChatGPT. I realized I hadn't prioritized my usual routine of writing, speaking, and sharing on Spotify. This led to frustration as I sought AI help due to my time constraints in rephrasing text. I suspect I may have a sex addiction, as I struggle to focus. I need to apply recovery steps regardless of the addiction type. These steps guide me and group consciousness. I feel like an addict today due to feeling hopeless. I aim to carry a message despite my low state. I hope this helps others. I need forgiveness and acceptance, knowing I'm growing spiritually. I must keep going, even if imperfect. Even if life is burned down, there's always a foundation to rebuild from.

3. Elaborate:

Let me provide you with a comprehensive overview of my recent experience. Yesterday, I became quite agitated with my ChatGPT assistant, which prompted a deeper reflection on my current state. In that moment of frustration, I vocalized a self-declaration of being a sex addict. However, my understanding of this addiction is still developing, primarily revolving around the idea of misplaced priorities and engaging in potentially harmful situations. My usual routine, which involves writing down my thoughts, recording them into spoken form, and sharing them on Spotify, was neglected. This deviation from my typical process led me to seek AI assistance in rephrasing my thoughts in different tones. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties communicating my needs to the AI. This experience made me question my focus and commitment, leading me to suspect an addictive pattern in my behavior. I understand that the recovery steps are applicable to various forms of addiction and that they guide both personal and collective understanding. Today, I recognize myself as an addict due to feelings of hopelessness. I strive to continue sharing my message, even when facing personal struggles. My hope is that my sharing can benefit others. I recognize the need for self-forgiveness, acceptance, and a continued commitment to spiritual growth. I understand that even after significant setbacks, there is always the possibility of rebuilding.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • In this view, the universe and everything within it is fundamentally composed of energy, and this energy exists in a state of constant vibration at varying frequencies.

  • Our emotions, the thoughts we hold, and the actions we take all have a direct impact on our personal vibrational state, either raising or lowering it.

  • The unimpeded and natural flow of energy within and around us is considered crucial for maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

  • When we consciously align ourselves with higher vibrational frequencies and positive intentions, we create the conditions for positive outcomes and experiences to manifest.

  • A powerful principle is that negative or dense energy can be actively transformed and transmuted into positive and lighter energy.

  • Ultimately, we are all interconnected and part of a larger, unified energetic field that binds us together.

4. Formal:

It is with the intention of providing context and perspective that I share my recent experience. In an instance of frustration with the ChatGPT platform, I articulated a self-diagnosis of sex addiction. My comprehension of this condition is nascent, primarily concerning the prioritization of activities and the potential for self-harm. My customary procedure, entailing written composition, verbal articulation, and dissemination via Spotify, was not adhered to. This prompted an attempt to utilize AI for stylistic variations, which proved challenging. My perceived inability to focus has led to considerations of addictive behaviors. It is my understanding that the recovery principles are universally applicable and provide guidance for both individuals and collective consciousness. I acknowledge my current state as that of an addict, precipitated by a sense of hopelessness. My objective is to continue sharing my message, irrespective of personal challenges. It is my hope that this discourse may be of benefit to others. I recognize the necessity of self-forgiveness, acceptance, and continued spiritual development. I maintain that even in the aftermath of significant adversity, the potential for reconstruction remains.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • It is posited that all phenomena are fundamentally energetic in nature, characterized by distinct vibrational frequencies.

  • The individual's emotional disposition, cognitive processes, and behavioral patterns are determinants of their vibrational state.

  • The unimpeded circulation of energy is deemed essential for the maintenance of holistic well-being.

  • The alignment of one's personal resonance with elevated frequencies and purposeful intentions is conducive to favorable outcomes.

  • The transformation of negative energetic modalities into positive ones is considered feasible.

  • Interconnectivity is recognized as an inherent characteristic of existence, facilitated by a shared energetic field.

5. Casual:

Okay, so, like, I got kinda mad at ChatGPT yesterday and ended up saying I'm a sex addict. I don't really know much about it, just that I've been messing up my priorities. Usually, I write stuff, record it, and put it on Spotify, but I didn't do any of that. I tried to get AI to help me rewrite things, but it didn't work out. Anyway, I think I might have an addiction, and I know the steps work for anything. I'm feeling pretty down today and think I'm an addict. I still want to share my stuff, though. Hopefully, it helps someone. I need to forgive myself and keep trying. Even if things are really bad, I can always start over.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Like, everything's just energy, you know? And it's all vibrating.

  • Your feelings, thoughts, and stuff change your vibe.

  • Gotta keep that energy flowing, it's good for ya.

  • Match your vibe to good stuff, and good stuff happens.

  • You can totally flip bad energy to good.

  • We're all connected by this energy thing.

6. Summarize:

After a frustrating encounter with ChatGPT, I reflected on my priorities and potential sex addiction. I failed to follow my usual routine of writing and sharing content, which led me to seek AI help unsuccessfully. I realized the recovery steps apply to all addictions and guide personal and collective growth. Feeling hopeless, I acknowledged my addictive state but still aim to share my message. I seek forgiveness and acceptance, recognizing the importance of spiritual growth and the ability to rebuild from any situation.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • All is energy and vibration.

8. Empathetic:

It sounds like you've been going through a really tough time lately, and I can understand how frustrating it must have been to feel like you couldn't communicate with ChatGPT and also that you weren't able to follow through with your usual creative routine. It takes a lot of courage to reflect on yourself and consider the possibility of an addiction. Remember that you're not alone, and many people struggle with similar feelings and challenges. It's okay to feel sad and guilty, but know that you're taking steps to understand yourself better and find solutions. Your willingness to share your thoughts and feelings, even when it's difficult, is truly admirable. You're showing up for yourself and others, and that's what matters most. Be gentle with yourself, and know that you have the strength to get through this.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • It's like everything around us is alive with energy, and it all hums at its own special tune.

  • And the way we feel, think, and act really does change that tune inside us, you know?

  • It's so important to let that energy move freely, so we feel good and healthy.

  • When we try to match our energy to the good things we want, it really helps them come to us.

  • And sometimes, when we're feeling down, we can actually shift that energy to something brighter.

  • Remember, we're all connected by this invisible thread of energy, which is kind of beautiful.

9. Alternative Viewpoint:

Perhaps the frustration with ChatGPT wasn't solely about the AI, but rather a manifestation of deeper internal conflicts. The declaration of being a sex addict could be a symbolic expression of feeling out of control or disconnected from oneself. The inability to follow the usual routine might indicate a need for change or a different approach to creativity. Instead of focusing solely on the label of addiction, it might be beneficial to explore the underlying emotions and needs that are driving these behaviors.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • While this perspective emphasizes energy, one could argue that it oversimplifies complex phenomena, potentially neglecting the influence of material conditions and social structures.

  • Focusing solely on personal vibration might lead to neglecting external factors and responsibilities.

  • The idea of "transmuting" negative energy could be interpreted as a way to avoid dealing with difficult emotions or situations.

10. Detached Observer View (Third-Person Perspective):

The individual experienced frustration with an AI chatbot, leading to a self-proclaimed diagnosis of sex addiction. They reflected on a deviation from their usual creative process, which involves writing, recording, and sharing content. An attempt to use AI for rephrasing proved unsuccessful. The individual considered the possibility of addiction due to perceived focus issues. They acknowledged their state as an addict, attributing it to feelings of hopelessness, yet expressed a desire to continue sharing their message. The individual recognized a need for forgiveness, acceptance, and spiritual growth, believing in the potential for rebuilding regardless of setbacks.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • The perspective asserts that all entities are fundamentally composed of energy, exhibiting varying degrees of vibrational frequency.

  • It posits that an individual's emotional state, cognitive patterns, and physical actions exert influence upon their vibrational resonance.

  • The unobstructed flow of energy is considered essential for the maintenance of well-being.

  • Alignment with higher vibrational frequencies and specific intentions is believed to correlate with positive outcomes.

  • The transformation of negative energy into positive energy is presented as a viable process.

  • Interconnectivity amongst all entities is attributed to a shared energetic field.

11. Non-Attachment (Buddhist-Inspired Perspective):

The emotions and experiences that arose with the interaction with ChatGPT are transient. The label of "sex addict" is a concept, not a fixed identity. The disruption of routine is simply a change in conditions. The feeling of hopelessness is impermanent, as are all feelings. The desire to share and the need for forgiveness are also passing phenomena. Accepting the present moment without clinging to labels or outcomes allows for a greater sense of peace and equanimity.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Energy and vibration, though seemingly real, are ultimately impermanent and subject to change.

  • The vibrational state is not a fixed identity but a fluctuating condition influenced by ever-changing circumstances.

  • The concept of "flow" highlights the interconnectedness of all things, but clinging to any particular flow leads to suffering.

  • Alignment and transmutation are also impermanent phenomena, not to be grasped or held onto.

  • The illusion of "connection" arises from our limited perception of reality and dissolves upon deeper insight.

12. Stoic View (Radical Acceptance & Control):

The frustration with ChatGPT and the resulting reflections are events that have occurred. It is beyond one's control how the AI responded or how the past unfolded. What is within one's control is the present response. Acknowledge the feelings of frustration, guilt, and hopelessness, but do not let them dictate your actions. Focus on what can be done now: continuing to share, seeking help if needed, and practicing the principles of recovery. Accept what cannot be changed, and direct your energy towards what can.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Energy and its fluctuations are part of the natural world, beyond our direct control.

  • Our response to our vibrational state is what we can control.

  • Focus on acting virtuously, regardless of the energy around us.

  • Accept the energy as it is, and focus on what is within your power.

  • Transmutation is a concept, but our actions are what matter.

  • Connection may exist, but our duty is to act with reason and justice.

13. Psychological Lens (Cognitive Framing & Self-Compassion):

The declaration of "sex addict" may be a form of cognitive distortion, specifically labeling or catastrophizing. It's important to examine the thoughts and beliefs that lead to this conclusion. Practicing self-compassion involves acknowledging the struggle without judgment. Instead of harsh self-criticism, offer yourself kindness and understanding. Explore the underlying emotions, such as fear, shame, or loneliness, and address them with empathy.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • The perception of energy and vibration can be influenced by cognitive biases and emotional states.

  • Self-labeling our vibration can lead to self-fulfilling prophecies.

  • Focus on self-care practices that promote a sense of well-being, regardless of perceived energy flow.

  • Frame intentions in a way that promotes self-efficacy and positive emotions.

  • Transmutation can be a helpful metaphor for reframing negative thoughts.

  • Connection can be fostered through empathy and social support.

14. Energy Flow Perspective (Quantum / Spirituality):

My interaction with ChatGPT was a moment of energetic discord, a misalignment of vibrational frequencies. The frustration I felt was a surge of dense energy, a block in the natural flow. The declaration of being a "sex addict" was a manifestation of a lower vibrational pattern, a self-identification with a limiting belief. The disruption of my routine disrupted the energetic flow of my creative expression. Seeking AI assistance was an attempt to redirect energy, but the communication breakdown indicated a misalignment of intentions. My sense of hopelessness was a depletion of vital life force, a disconnection from my higher self. The recovery steps are energetic tools for raising vibration and restoring balance. Sharing my message is an act of offering my energy to the collective field, a ripple effect of healing and transformation. Forgiveness is the release of stagnant energy, acceptance is the alignment with the present moment's energy. Spiritual growth is the expansion of consciousness, the attunement to higher frequencies. Rebuilding from "ashes" is the transmutation of dense energy into light, the rebirth of spirit.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Energy: Everything is seen as energy, vibrating at different frequencies.

  • Vibration: Emotions, thoughts, and actions influence our vibrational state.

  • Flow: The natural movement of energy is essential for well-being.

  • Alignment: Aligning with higher frequencies and intentions brings positive outcomes.

  • Transmutation: Negative energy can be transformed into positive energy.

  • Connection: We are all interconnected through the energetic field.

15. Existentialist Approach (Freedom & Responsibility):

I find myself in a moment of choice. I can choose to be defined by the frustration with ChatGPT and the label of "sex addict," or I can choose to create my own meaning. I am responsible for my actions, for neglecting my routine, and for seeking external validation from AI. I am also free to choose a new path, to redefine my priorities, and to embrace the uncertainty of my journey. My existence is not predetermined; it is a project I am constantly creating and recreating.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • The idea of energy and vibration is a construction of our own making, and we are free to choose how we interpret it.

  • We are responsible for our actions and their impact on our "vibrational state."

  • We are free to create our own meaning and purpose, regardless of the energy around us.

  • Alignment and transmutation are choices we make, not predetermined outcomes.

  • Connection is a choice, a way we engage with others in the world.

16. Mythological / Archetypal Perspective:

I am the hero facing the dragon of technological frustration, battling the shadow of addiction. My journey is a descent into the underworld of self-doubt and a quest for self-discovery. The AI is a trickster figure, testing my resolve. The recovery steps are the ancient wisdom, the sacred tools that will guide me on my path to redemption. The "hopeless state" is the dark night of the soul, the necessary trial before rebirth.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Energy is the life force, the breath of the gods, the primal fire of creation.

  • Vibration is the cosmic dance, the rhythm of the universe, the song of the spheres.

  • Flow is the river of life, the journey of the soul, the quest for enlightenment.

  • Alignment is the sacred marriage, the union of opposites, the harmony of the cosmos.

  • Transmutation is the alchemical process, the transformation of lead into gold, the rebirth of the phoenix.

  • Connection is the web of fate, the threads of destiny, the interconnectedness of all beings.

17. Law of Attraction & Inspired Action Perspective:

My focus on frustration with ChatGPT and the label of "sex addict" attracted those very experiences. However, I can now shift my focus to what I desire: clarity, purpose, and connection. I will take inspired action by recommitting to my routine, seeking support, and sharing my message with authenticity. By aligning my thoughts, feelings, and actions with my intentions, I will attract positive outcomes and manifest my desired reality.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Everything is a form of energy, and like attracts like. By focusing on high-vibrational energy, we draw more of it into our lives.

  • Our thoughts, feelings, and actions are powerful magnets that influence our vibrational frequency, attracting experiences that match that frequency.

  • Allowing energy to flow freely, without resistance, creates a state of ease and abundance. Inspired action aligns us with this flow.

  • When we align our intentions with higher vibrational states, we set the stage for manifesting our desires and attracting positive outcomes.

  • Negative energy can be transformed through intention, gratitude, and positive action, shifting our vibration and attracting new possibilities.

  • We are all connected through a universal energy field, and by raising our own vibration, we contribute to the collective well-being.

18. Mirror Reflection (Self-Perception & Projection):

My frustration with ChatGPT reflects my frustration with myself. My judgment of the AI's "lack of intelligence" is a projection of my own self-judgment. The label of "sex addict" is a reflection of my fear of vulnerability and intimacy. The inability to focus reflects my inner chaos. By looking inward and addressing these inner conflicts, I can change the reflection I see in the world.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • The perception of everything as energy reflects our own internal state; what we see outside is a mirror of what's within.

  • The vibrations we experience are often a projection of our own emotional and mental states, showing us what we need to address within ourselves.

  • Blockages in energy flow can mirror our own resistance to change or our inability to let go of the past.

  • Our alignment with higher frequencies reflects our self-worth and belief in our potential.

  • The need for transmutation of negative energy mirrors our own need for inner healing and transformation.

  • The perception of connection reflects our desire for belonging and our understanding of our place in the world.

19. Cyclical Time Perspective (Everything is Repeating):

This pattern of frustration, self-doubt, and seeking external validation is not new; it is a recurring cycle. I have faced similar challenges in the past, and I will likely face them again. Recognizing this cycle allows me to detach from the immediate emotional intensity and see the bigger picture. I can choose to break the cycle by making different choices and adopting new patterns of behavior.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • The idea of energy and vibration is a recurring theme throughout history and across cultures, suggesting an underlying truth.

  • The influence of emotions, thoughts, and actions on our vibrational state is a pattern we observe repeatedly in our lives.

  • The importance of energy flow for well-being is a lesson we keep learning and relearning.

  • The concept of alignment and transmutation are cyclical processes of growth and evolution.

  • The understanding of connection through the energetic field is a timeless wisdom that resurfaces in each generation.

20. Childlike Wonder Approach (Play & Exploration):

What if I approach this situation with curiosity instead of frustration? What if I see the AI as a playful companion instead of a tool to be controlled? What if I explore the concept of "sex addiction" with open-mindedness and without judgment? What if I allow myself to be surprised and delighted by the unexpected turns in my journey? What if I embrace the "messiness" of life as an opportunity for growth and discovery?

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Wow, everything is energy! Like tiny sparkles and waves all around us!

  • Our feelings and thoughts make our own special energy dance, and it's so fun to see how it changes!

  • It's like a game to see how smoothly we can let the energy flow, like a river!

  • If we think happy thoughts, it's like we're attracting all the happy energy to us!

  • We can turn grumpy energy into sunshine energy! How cool is that?

  • We're all connected by invisible strings of energy, like a big, amazing web!

21. Pragmatist’s View (Action Over Reflection):

Enough dwelling on labels and feelings. What practical steps can I take right now? I can recommit to my routine, set realistic goals, and seek support from my sponsor. I can focus on what I can control and let go of what I cannot. I can take small, consistent actions that move me in the direction I want to go. Action is the antidote to inaction.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • If everything is energy, then let's use that knowledge to make practical changes in our lives.

  • Focus on actions that raise your vibration, like exercise, meditation, and helping others.

  • Work on removing energy blockages by addressing practical issues and making necessary changes.

  • Set clear intentions and take concrete steps to align with them.

  • Practice techniques for transmuting negative energy, such as forgiveness and gratitude.

  • Build connections through practical means, like volunteering and joining groups.

22. Rationalist’s View (Logic Over Emotion):

Let's analyze this situation objectively. What are the facts? I experienced frustration with AI. I neglected my routine. I considered the possibility of addiction. What are the logical conclusions? I need to improve my communication with AI. I need to prioritize my routine. I need to seek professional help if I suspect addiction. Emotions are subjective and unreliable; logic is objective and clear.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • The concept of energy can be understood as a metaphor for underlying physical and psychological processes.

  • Vibrational states can be analyzed in terms of physiological and neurological activity.

  • Energy flow can be related to concepts of efficiency and optimization in systems.

  • Alignment can be viewed as a goal-oriented process of achieving consistency and coherence.

  • Transmutation can be seen as a cognitive and behavioral restructuring process.

  • Connection can be interpreted as social networks and communication patterns.

23. Spiritual Surrender View (Divine Timing):

Perhaps this experience was meant to happen. Perhaps it is part of a larger plan I do not yet understand. I surrender my need to control and trust that everything is unfolding as it should. I release my expectations and open myself to the guidance of a higher power. I am patient and allow the answers to reveal themselves in divine timing.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Energy and vibration are expressions of the divine will, and we trust in their natural unfolding.

  • Our vibrational state is guided by a higher power, and we surrender to its wisdom.

  • The flow of energy is part of the divine plan, and we allow it to move through us as it will.

  • Alignment is a process of attuning to divine guidance, and we trust that the right outcomes will manifest.

  • Transmutation is a divine work, and we allow the universe to transform us as needed.

  • Connection is a reflection of our unity with the divine, and we trust in the interconnectedness of all things.

24. Scientific View (Neuroplasticity & Habit Formation):

My brain has formed neural pathways associated with frustration, self-doubt, and addictive patterns. These pathways can be changed through consistent effort and repetition. By practicing new behaviors, such as following my routine and seeking support, I can create new neural pathways and rewire my brain. Habit formation is key to lasting change.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Energy can be understood in terms of biological processes, such as neural activity and hormone levels.

  • Vibrational states correlate with physiological and psychological markers that can be measured.

  • Energy flow can be related to the efficient functioning of biological systems.

  • Alignment can be seen as the process of optimizing brain function and behavior to achieve goals.

  • Transmutation can be understood in terms of neuroplasticity and the formation of new habits.

  • Connection can be related to social bonding and the release of neurotransmitters like oxytocin.

25. Minimalist Approach (Letting Go is Simplicity):

Let go of the labels. Let go of the judgments. Let go of the expectations. Let go of the need to control. Focus on what is essential: my well-being, my relationships, my purpose. Simplify my life. Let go of anything that does not serve me. Less is more.

Sharing personal experience to provide context.

  • Energy is simply what is; no need to overanalyze or complicate it.

  • Vibration is just a feeling; no need to label or judge it.

  • Flow is natural; let it be without forcing it.

  • Alignment is about being present; no need to strive or chase.

  • Transmutation happens on its own; let go of the need to control it.

  • Connection is inherent; no need to seek it actively.

PM Highlighting the 12 Steps:

1. We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.

  • Highlight: "I actually said that I was a sex addict"; "I didn't put my priorities together in an adequate way"; "I didn't put forth the effort and focus to just getting it done."

  • Explanation: The admission of "sex addict" and the recognition of not managing priorities or focus suggests an acknowledgment of powerlessness and unmanageability in certain areas of life.

2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.

  • Highlight: "God of my understanding"; "showing up for the miracle."

  • Explanation: "God of my understanding" indicates a belief in a higher power, while "showing up for the miracle" suggests faith in something beyond oneself to bring about change.

3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

  • Highlight: "I get to let go in that God."

  • Explanation: This directly reflects the decision to surrender to a higher power.

4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

  • Highlight: "I realized I hadn't prioritized my usual routine"; "I was too much in myself seeking aspects of just trying to get this done"; "I was doing other things."

  • Explanation: The reflections on priorities, self-seeking behavior, and distractions indicate a form of self-inventory, recognizing personal shortcomings.

5. Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

  • Highlight: "I actually said that I was a sex addict"; "I didn't put my priorities together in an adequate way."

  • Explanation: Admitting the "sex addict" label and acknowledging the failure to prioritize is a form of admitting wrongs, at least to oneself.

6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.

  • Highlight: "I must find forgiveness, acceptance, and willingness to practice the principles in all my affairs"; "allowing myself to see that I have grown along spiritual lines."

  • Explanation: The desire for forgiveness, acceptance, and spiritual growth suggests a readiness to change and let go of defects.

7. Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.

  • Highlight: "I get to let go in that God."

8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

  • Highlight: "Today I hope that this helps everyone that may read this"; "giving you basically the contacts based around me just being a trusted servant as a leader, through suggestions and yes even guidance at this point."

  • Explanation: The desire to help others and be a servant suggests a willingness to make amends for past harm, even if not explicitly stated as a list of people.

9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

  • Highlight: "I know when I'm “an active part of my recovery ,”I'm able to go to whatever it may be: Such as like a bar because my intent is not to go use at a bar my intent is to go do karaoke and as it has stated in that AA book that your primary purpose is to carry a message and it doesn't matter where you're at if you have a strong Foundation."

  • Explanation: Carrying the message and being of service is a way of making amends by helping others, which is a core principle of recovery.

10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.

  • Highlight: "at times for getting"; "because I have admitted."

  • Explanation: "At times forgetting" suggests an ongoing struggle with staying on track, and "because I have admitted" implies taking responsibility for shortcomings.

11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.

  • Highlight: "I would imagine that line this up in the best way that I can, would bring forth now a conscious contact with my higher power"; "God of my understanding."

  • Explanation: The desire for conscious contact with a higher power and the reference to "God of my understanding" align with this step.

12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

  • Highlight: "Today I hope that this helps everyone that may read this"; "I know that I'm not doing what is a problem or that of acting upon itself of the problem, as simply to say I'm focusing on the solution so that I may find a new freedom and peace being amazed before I'm halfway through because I have admitted"; "allowing myself to see that I have grown along spiritual lines"; "I get to let go in that God."

  • Explanation: The hope to help others, the focus on solutions and finding peace, the recognition of spiritual growth, and the surrender to God all indicate a spiritual awakening and a desire to live by recovery principles.

This shows how the 12 Steps are present throughout the text, demonstrating a clear understanding and application of these principles in the individual's life and reflections.

PM Applying Universal Laws:

Excellent! You've provided a substantial amount of text for analysis. Let's dive into applying the 12 Universal Laws to this rich and detailed passage:

Text to Analyze: (Your Provided Text, as above)

Applying the 12 Universal Laws:

1. The Law of Divine Oneness

  • Highlight: "giving you basically the contacts based around me just being a trusted servant as a leader"; "Today I hope that this helps everyone that may read this"; "anonymity into that of what is the Simplicity of altruism: kindness that has only that of unconditional love."

  • Explanation: This law is reflected in the desire to serve others, help everyone who reads the message, and express altruism and unconditional love. It shows a recognition of the interconnectedness of all beings.

2. The Law of Vibration

  • Highlight: "mad at my chat GPT"; "low state of what would then be considered alcoholism"; "sadness, guilt, willingness to be miserable"; "find a new freedom and peace"; "grown along spiritual lines."

  • Explanation: The passage vividly describes a range of emotional states, from anger and sadness to hope and peace. These represent different vibrational frequencies. The journey is about shifting from lower to higher vibrations.

3. The Law of Correspondence

  • Highlight: "I didn't put forth the effort and focus to just getting it done because I was doing other things" reflects the "sex addiction" claim; "sadness, guilt, willingness to be miserable" reflects "focusing on the problem and staying away from the solution."

  • Explanation: "As within, so without." The internal state of distraction and lack of focus is reflected in the external inability to complete tasks. The internal emotional turmoil is reflected in the external experience of feeling stuck.

4. The Law of Attraction

  • Highlight: "I was too much in myself seeking aspects of just trying to get this done" attracting frustration; "focusing on the solution so that I may find a new freedom and peace" attracting those outcomes.

  • Explanation: What the individual focuses on manifests in their experience. Obsessive focus on getting things done attracts frustration, while focusing on solutions attracts freedom and peace.

5. The Law of Inspired Action

  • Highlight: "Write this out, put words and spoken form, then share on Spotify"; "reflecting processing and being able to communicate and not isolate upon itself"; "keep showing up in my life."

  • Explanation: The passage describes concrete actions taken, such as writing, recording, and sharing. It also emphasizes the importance of reflection, communication, and showing up despite imperfections.

6. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy

  • Highlight: "low state of what would then be considered alcoholism" transforming into "an active part of my recovery"; "sadness, guilt, willingness to be miserable" transforming into "new freedom and peace"; "burnt down my life" leading to "new nutrients to then be able to Foster."

  • Explanation: The text is full of examples of transformation. Negative states are being transmuted into positive ones. Even destruction leads to new growth.

7. The Law of Cause and Effect (Karma)

  • Highlight: "I didn't put my priorities together in an adequate way" leads to "didn't do pretty much all of that"; "I was hurt that GPT just didn't get it done in a way that was of my liking" because of "my expectations of AI to just be super smart."

  • Explanation: Actions have consequences. Neglecting priorities leads to undone tasks. Unrealistic expectations lead to disappointment.

8. The Law of Compensation

  • Highlight: "giving what I have to give so I may keep it within transmitting and transferring essentially what I have to give"; "Today I hope that this helps everyone that may read this."

  • Explanation: By sharing and giving, the individual receives something in return, whether it's personal growth or the satisfaction of helping others.

9. The Law of Relativity

  • Highlight: "maybe all I had at that point to give was my 30% which can be somebody else's 100%"; "your primary purpose is to carry a message and it doesn't matter where you're at if you have a strong Foundation."

  • Explanation: The value of what is given is relative to the receiver. What is considered a low point for one person might be a source of strength for another. The importance of a strong foundation is relative to the situation.

10. The Law of Polarity

  • Highlight: "low state of what would then be considered alcoholism" vs. "an active part of my recovery"; "sadness, guilt, willingness to be miserable" vs. "new freedom and peace"; "burnt down my life" vs. "rebuild something out of Ash."

  • Explanation: The text highlights the contrast between negative and positive states. It acknowledges the existence of both ends of the spectrum and the possibility of moving from one to the other.

11. The Law of Rhythm

  • Highlight: "at times for getting"; "getting back up no matter how far down the scale you have gone."

  • Explanation: The passage acknowledges the ups and downs of recovery, the cycles of remembering and forgetting, and the importance of persistence.

12. The Law of Gender

  • Highlight: "giving what I have to give" (active/masculine) vs. "God of my understanding" (receptive/feminine); "practicing the principles" (active/masculine) vs. "let go in that God" (receptive/feminine).

  • Explanation: There's a balance between active and receptive energies. Sharing and practicing principles are active, while surrendering to a higher power and seeking understanding are receptive. Both are crucial for the process.

This analysis shows how the specific details and reflections in your text are deeply connected to the principles of the 12 Universal Laws. It's a rich tapestry of experiences and insights!
