I used to find peace in chaos, but I held onto justified actions that were truly unjustified by the standard of self-seeking. In that instant, one can choose to comprehend serenity and peace or keep learning from the moment.
Acceptance is freedom from what is deemed a lesson in freedom; freedom from obsession and into willingness. You get what you focus on, what you sow, and what you feel. Within this lesson, I found peace and serenity, solitude and gratitude. I thank these lessons and the teachers for this moment of peace and serenity. I become good for me to be good for others.

There are moments I find peace amidst the chaos, yet I cling to actions I justify, though they are truly unjustified by self-seeking standards. I hold onto values that are vain due to the pain I can hold onto. But, in this moment, one can choose to understand serenity and know peace, or continue learning from the lesson of the moment.
This is the power of acceptance, freedom from what is seen as a lesson in freedom. The freedom I speak of is moving out of obsession and into willingness.
It's true you get what you focus on, as you reap what you sow and get what you feel. I realize this because I have somehow allowed a sense of peace to come over me within this one lesson: to understand serenity.
In this, I find solitude and gratitude. It's true despite the flashbacks, which are almost innocent triggers, but have no effects now that I've put the work into manifesting this freedom from obsession. So, I thank these lessons and the teachers, as they remain the same. This moment of peace and serene aspects of nirvana are absolute in how I can smile, as I become good for myself to be good for others.
Elaborate
In those fleeting moments where I have discovered peace amidst the chaos, I find myself clinging to actions that I justify as reasonable. Yet, in truth, these actions are driven by self-interest and ultimately prove to be unjustified. The values they uphold are empty, rooted in pain and vanity.
However, it is precisely in these moments that we are presented with a choice: to embrace serenity and find peace or to continue learning from the experience. This is the power of acceptance, the liberation from the perceived constraints of a lesson.
The freedom I speak of is the liberation from obsession and the embrace of willingness. It is true that we attract what we focus on, just as we reap what we sow and experience what we feel. This realization has brought me a sense of peace and an understanding of serenity.
Within this understanding, I find solitude and gratitude. The flashbacks may still occur, but their effects are diminished as I actively work towards liberation from obsession. I am grateful for these lessons and the teachers who have guided me. This moment of peace and serenity brings a genuine smile to my face as I strive to be good to myself so that I can be good to others.
Formal
In moments where tranquility emerges amidst chaos, I have observed a tendency to cling to actions perceived as justified, though objectively they may be deemed unwarranted due to self-interest and an adherence to values of questionable merit. In these instances, the choice lies between embracing serenity and attaining peace, or continuing to learn from the lessons inherent in such moments. This embodies the power of acceptance, a liberation from the lessons embedded in the pursuit of freedom. Specifically, I refer to the freedom achieved by transitioning from obsession to willingness. It is a truism that one attracts that upon which one focuses; similarly, one reaps what one sows and experiences what one feels. This reflection arises from an experience wherein a profound sense of peace and serenity has overtaken me as I comprehend the aforementioned principles. Within this experience, I discover solitude and a profound gratitude. It remains true that despite the nature of flashbacks, which may bear the semblance of an innocent trigger, they nonetheless produce effects, prompting dedicated effort to manifest freedom from obsession. I express gratitude for these lessons, as the teachers remain consistent. This moment of peace and the serene aspects of nirvana are absolute, allowing for genuine contentment, thus enabling me to cultivate well-being for myself and subsequently extend it to others.

Bullet points
Finding peace in chaos involves understanding that holding onto past pain serves no real value and choosing serenity is possible in each moment.
Acceptance brings freedom from lessons that feel like limitations, shifting from obsession to a place of willingness.
Focusing on peace, reaping what you sow, and feeling serenity allows for understanding and a sense of calmness.
Solitude and gratitude emerge, even when dealing with triggers, and effort can lead to freedom from obsession, ultimately allowing for personal peace and the ability to positively impact others.
Empathetic
You've found moments of peace amidst the chaos, yet it feels like you're still holding onto things that aren't truly serving you. It's understandable that you'd want to justify these actions, but deep down, you know they're not in alignment with your true self. It's tough to let go of what you've been holding onto, especially if it's related to pain you've experienced.
It takes courage to choose serenity and peace in those moments. It's also okay to keep learning and growing from the experience. Acceptance can be a powerful tool in finding freedom from what's holding you back. It's about moving away from obsession and into a place of willingness to embrace what is.
Remember that you have the power to shift your focus and create a sense of peace within yourself. This can be a difficult process, but it's worth it. With continued effort, you can manifest freedom from obsession and find true peace and serenity.
It's wonderful that you're able to find gratitude in the lessons you've learned. You're on a journey of growth and healing, and you should be proud of yourself for the progress you've made. Keep going, and remember to be kind to yourself along the way.
Alternative viewpoint
An alternative viewpoint to the ideas presented in this text could be that finding peace amidst chaos doesn't necessarily mean abandoning all justifications for one's actions. There might be value in critically examining those justifications and recognizing that self-preservation and self-compassion can play a role in navigating challenging situations. While obsession can be detrimental, a degree of focus and ambition might be healthy and productive.
Furthermore, the concept of "freedom from obsession" could be interpreted as finding a balance between ambition and acceptance, rather than completely eliminating all forms of attachment or desire. The idea of "becoming good for oneself to be good for others" could also be viewed from a different perspective. Some might argue that true altruism comes from a place of genuine selflessness, rather than a focus on personal well-being as a prerequisite for helping others.
Finally, the emphasis on gratitude for lessons and teachers might be seen as potentially limiting. While it's important to acknowledge and learn from experiences, fixating on past lessons could hinder one's ability to fully embrace the present moment and move forward.

Empathetic
Life can be tough, and it's not always easy to appreciate the struggles we face. Sometimes, it feels impossible to find the good in a difficult situation. But by trying to see the lesson in the experience and learn from it, we can eventually find a way to be thankful for the experience and what it taught us.
Alternative viewpoint
While it is important to show gratitude towards our teachers and the lessons we learn, it is not always necessary to find a lesson in every experience. Some situations are simply negative and do not offer any valuable takeaways. It is acceptable to acknowledge these experiences as unfortunate and move on without searching for a deeper meaning.
