From Pancake Marathon:
I know the value of letting this hurt go, resentments, commonly known as anger, not focusing on the pain to find the solution: tradition 4 is always all about that so that in and of itself tradition 5 can stand strong; as ultimately tradition 1 is what we are aiming for so that we ultimately can have step 12 and guiding us through being leaders of serenity.
I do know that when we're in the moment, we feel that we've been spotted by the Cheetah: what is fear, to the point that that is what we're all working on; no longer run from the hurt and to put on our Spiritual armor: practicing the principles and all our affair, so that we can then find peace of mind: simply to say a higher power…. to be able to get back to ourselves: what is unity.
acronyms and SLOGANS
Cultivate an attitude of gratitude is something that in all times needs to happen, It is what keeps all in all grounded and that of what is balanced within your recovery, for God doesn't make junk and GOD = Good Orderly Direction and helps us to place FEAR: Face Everything And Rise so we can keep the FEAR: Fight Everyone And Relapse into what is KISS: keep it simply simple.
As we at times, when using had less then humility: Humility is not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less and in that less of thinking about your self you will be able to see that Feelings are not facts and see that we have to give Hugs not Drugs; for HUG: Hope Using God is a key to us to stop going NUTS: Not Using The Steps, to keep on PUSHing to put down that rock of/getting out of keeping to ourselves and knowing that Help is only a phone call away even if that help is your higher power.
Just for Today just for this moment, for it is a moment by moment thing, it is as to say, what adds up to Just for Today and all that comes before and after; Keep it simple so we can Keep An Open Mind so we can Keep the plug in the jug: to get out of our Stinking thinking; being able to see how important it is upon itself…. Before I know this anger, resentment leads to reservations that bring us to triggers that will never ever help us build a wall and become more willing to shut the door on the past, never welcoming the future. for I know when the simple form of Recovery words change, not that the words themselves change by the style we can simply say other than that of the intention and the meaning behind it commonly known as semantics, I simply to say that is why I value Tradition 5, or more in a Unity aspect that is the value of Tradition 5 and that is the whole means of it being a spiritual program and not religious. For is always about the wisdom and how we go about doing the next right thing, that is in front of us so that we may practice the principles in all our affairs; I simply to say practice the principles in all your Affairs is the same thing as saying do the next right thing….As it is always always about Cultivate an attitude of gratitude.
KISS: keep it simply simple
HUG: Hope Using God
NUTS: Not Using The Steps
PUSH: Pray Until Something Happens
WISDOM: When In Self, Discover Our Motives

NA Just For Today: Getting Out Of The Rut
"Many times in our recovery, the old bugaboos will haunt us. Life may again become meaningless, monotonous, and boring." Basic Text, p. 75
Sometimes it seems as though nothing changes. We get up and go to the same job every day. We eat dinner at the same time every night. We attend the same meetings each week. This morning's rituals were identical to the ones we performed yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that. After the hell of our addiction and the roller-coaster craziness of early recovery, the stable life may have some appeal-for a while. But, eventually, we realize we want something more. Sooner or later, we become turned off to the creeping monotony and boredom in our lives.
There are sure to be times when we feel vaguely dissatisfied with our recovery. We feel as though we're missing something for some reason, but we don't know what or why. We draw up our gratitude lists and find literally hundreds of things to be grateful for. All our needs are being met; our lives are fuller than we had ever hoped they'd be. So what's up?
Maybe it's time to stretch our potential to its fullest. Our possibilities are only limited by what we can dream. We can learn something new, set a new goal, help another newcomer, or make a new friend. We're sure to find something challenging if we look hard enough, and life will again become meaningful, varied, and fulfilling.
Just for today: I'll take a break from the routine and stretch my potential to its fullest.
Daily Reflections: A DAY'S PLAN
On awakening let us think of the twenty-four hours ahead. We consider our plans for the day. Before we begin, we ask God to direct our thinking, especially asking that it be divorced from self-pity, dishonest or self-seeking motives. ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS, p. 86
Every day I ask God to kindle within me the fire of
His love, so that love, burning bright and clear, will illuminate my thinking and permit me to better do His will. Throughout the day, as I allow outside circumstances to dampen my spirits, I ask God to sear my consciousness with the awareness that I can start my day over any time I choose; a hundred times, if necessary.
